Blink-182 Big Day Out leak

Blink-182-Big-Day-Out-leak
Looks like a reporter has let it slip that Blink-182 will be on the 2011 Big Day Out.

Channel V host Danny Clayton tweeted last night: 'Blink 182 are playing at Big Day Out. This is going to be the best BDO since 2000.'

Mystifyingly, the tweets are all still up on his dannyjclayton account.

Three hours after he wrote it, he noted: '...turns out i wasn't suppose to mention anything about Blink 182. Let's forget this ever happened.'

Then: 'Oh dear. You know when you read about those "Leaks" in the media. Turns out that's what i am.'

And finally, half an hour ago: 'Oh dear. I'm in trouble.'

The Big Day Out have previously alluded to a Californian act on the bill, and while that could be anyone, Blink-182 are conspicuously Californian.

The official announcement of the BDO 2011 line-up is Tuesday September 28.
