‘Scumbags’ Steal Breed 77’s Gear

In the midst of their recent headline UK tour, scumbag thieves ransacked Breed 77’s van in East London on the morning of September 17, stealing every piece of equipment that the band had saved up for and purchased over the last five years.

Some £50,000 worth of gear was stolen from the Latino rockers including a £10,000 custom-made Pearl drum kit (Purple with Egyptian signs), custom-made ESP guitars, Warwick basses, Hughes & Kettner amps, Peavey amps, Ampeg  rigs, Audio Technica wireless systems, microphones and outboard gear.
The loss is absolutely devastating for the band and Breed 77 have asked all musicians, rehearsal rooms and secondhand equipment stores to stay watchful and vigilant for anyone trying to resell their equipment.
A £500 reward will be offered to anyone who can provide information leading to the recovery of their gear.
If anyone has any information please contact james@jabamusic.co.uk or call 07802 498905. All information will be treated confidentially.
