The iconic Texans are working producer Rick Rubin, of whom Billy Gibbons told spinner.com: “He’s very instrumental in striking a resonant chord. He’s able to find ways to pull things out that you might not know were there in the first place”.
The as yet untitled album should be out next year. The last ZZ studio record was 2003’s Mescalero.
