With over two million album sales to their name, Toploader are currently putting the finishing touches to their third studio album at Hook End Studios. Produced by Danton Supple, who has also worked with Coldplay, Morrissey, Doves and Ed Harcourt, the album is named Only Human and is their first since 2002's Magic Hotel. Now being mixed, songs likely to make the final cut include A Balance To All Things, Sound Of Your Soul and Paradise.

Having taken an extended hiatus at the end of 2003, the band started writing together again in late 2009, and within six months had enough material ' around 25 songs ' for a new album.

Now a four piece comprising ever-presents Joseph Washbourn, Dan Hipgrave, Matt Knight and Rob Green, new track Sound Of Your Soul led Hipgrave to comment "we got goosebumps when we were playing it ... it was a really good direction (for us)."

Washbourn effuses that the band "were all very happy with what we were playing", while Hipgrave notes "this album is full of unanimous decisions on every single song ... they all speak for themselves."

Toploader have teamed up with label Underdogs Music and, eager to begin playing live again, are already making plans for 2011; they are lined up to play at the Queen of Hoxton on 12th February for the famous 'This Feeling' night, run in conjunction with The Sun's Bizarre column.

The first single from the new album will be released in March accompanied by a short tour, before Only Human follows in May.

A new website has launched with more information on Only Human and a brand new version of the classic Dancing In The Moonlight available for free download. Find more information at http://toploaderofficial.com
